Meeting was called to order at 1:40 p.m.

Purpose of the meeting is to review a technician application.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Moved by Mr. Raymond to enter executive session per Idaho Code 67-2345 (1) (d) to review application exempt from public disclosure.  Seconded by Ms. Brownson, motion carried.

Moved by Mr. Raymond to enter regular session.  Seconded by Ms. Brownson, motion carried.

Moved by Ms. Brownson to have the applicant submit successful completion of a Blood Borne Pathogen course and comprehensive examination that incorporates clean needle techniques and OSHA procedures and requirements and the Board will review this information at their next scheduled meeting.   Seconded by Mr. Raymond, motion carried.

Moved by Ms. Brownson that the meeting adjourn at 2:05.  Seconded by Mr. Raymond, motion carried.
