Subject: Complaint Investigative Report
FY2007: To date, one (1) complaint has been received, and it remains under investigation.
FY2006: One (1) complaint was received. That matter was closed subsequent to Board determination.
FY2005: Four (4) complaints were received. Of those, three (3) remain under investigation; and one (1) has been referred for legal review.
Complaint issues are as follows:
Unlicensed practice = 2
Advertising = 1
Misrepresentation = 1
Competency = 1
Training / Exam = 1
There are no pending disciplinary matters.
