Fiscal
Year 2004: To date, no complaints have been received.
Fiscal
Year 2003: Four (4) complaints were received. Of those, three (3) remain
under investigation.
Fiscal
Year 2002: Three (3) complaints were received. Of those, one (1) is under legal
review. Two (2) are pending legal review subsequent to a formal hearing which
was held on 06-26-2003.
